Steven Gerrard, a former English professional football player and manager, has teamed up with an Asian gaming platform, M88 Mansion, to serve as the brand ambassador for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
The retired football player and former club manager's goal is to spread awareness of his consulting business through various strategies such as online ads and word-of-mouth.
On the partnership, Steven Gerrard, said, “I am delighted to join M88 Mansion as their brand ambassador for the World Cup. I couldn’t be more excited to share my experiences from my time on the field, especially my views and opinions to the Asian sports fans regarding the upcoming World Cup.” While playing for Liverpool FC from 1998 to 2015, the English footballer was characterised as a breakout star. He scored 186 goals in 710 outings for Merseyside in all contests.
